When and where is ICE?

ICE Boracay 2017 will be held at the Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa from July 12-14, 2017.

Who should attend ICE?

Marketing professionals, CXP Strategists, Product/Device Owners, OSS Owners and local Incognito partners who are interested in Incognito solutions are welcome to attend.

What are the fees to attend?

ICE 2017 is complimentary for all customers, telecommunication providers, and not-for-profit industry organizations interested in Incognito products. For Incognito partners and industry vendors, there are two levels of sponsorship available. Please contact us for more information.

How do I register to attend ICE?

What do I have to bring?

Your presence is enough! Bring an open mind and a willingness to network with your colleagues. In case you would want to utilize the resort’s serene beach, don’t forget to bring swimwear!

What is the dress code for ICE Boracay?

Business casual attire. For our evening networking events, there is no set dress code — we just want you to be comfortable!

How do I cancel my registration?

How do I RSVP for the Golf Day?

You can RSVP for the July 14 Golf Day when you register for ICE. To make a change, just email ice.apac@incognito.com.

Where can I make hotel reservations?

For our customers, hotel accommodation is complimentary and we will send you the details when you have registered. For our vendor partners, we will send you the reservation details of the special room rate that we have negotiated for the main conference days.

Philippines Entry Information

Do I need a visa to enter the Philippines?

All passport holders of ASEAN member-countries and are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.
